Nearest Airport, Pune
Land at Pune International Airport (PNQ).
From Pune Airport, hire a taxi or cab to Satara. The drive from Pune to Satara is roughly 2-3 hours, depending on traffic and route.
Once in Satara, proceed to the campus for final short local travel.
Public Transport Options
MSRTC Buses: Frequent services connect Satara with all major Maharashtra cities.
Private Buses: Neeta, VRL, and other operators provide sleeper and semi-luxury options.
Satara Bus Stand to Campus: 8–9 km by auto or cab via NH-4 (towards Pune side).
By Road from Major Cities
- Take the Pune–Bangalore National Highway (NH-4) towards Satara.
- The journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours by car or bus.
- Regular MSRTC (State Transport) and private buses operate between Pune and Satara.
- Once you reach Satara city, the campus is about 8–9 km away on NH-4 at Wadhe.
- You can take an auto-rickshaw, cab, or local bus to reach the institute.
- Take Mumbai–Pune Expressway, then continue on NH-4 towards Satara.
- Total travel time: 5 to 6 hours depending on traffic.
- Several Volvo and AC sleeper buses run daily from Mumbai to Satara.
- From the Satara bus stand, it’s a 15–20 minute drive to the campus.
- Follow NH-4 northbound toward Satara.
