Yashoda Technical Campus (YTC) Satara includes an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Incubation centre as part of its infrastructure to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. The IPR and incubation centre is aligned with the institution’s commitment to fostering research and development. 2. Organizational Structure
- Responsible for the strategic direction and policymaking of the center.
- IPR and Incubation Centre consist of seven members.
- The committee was constituted for three years and hold one meeting annually for three years.
- The committee meets once in an academic year to discuss the start-up programs, initiative for student start-ups, IP filling activities, etc.
3. Infrastructure
The IPR and incubation center has been provided with co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and labs for research and prototyping, access to tools for patent searches, drafting, and filing along with prototyping tools like 3D printers and Engineering labs.
Digital Resources in the form of online databases for IP research and market analysis have also been provided
